In 2018, my Family thought it would be a good idea to take my Grandmother back to the land where she grew up as a Christmas gift. Along the way, we experienced many of the wonders Northern Ireland has to offer, met a few distant relatives, saw the places where my ancestors grew up, and of course celebrated Christmas on the Emerald Isle (a very fitting name). Ireland truly is a uniquely beautiful place, and I was grateful to have seen it.
